Terms and conditions of use
Great War Literature Publishing LLP welcomes you to the GWLSRC (located at www.gwlsrc.co.uk), our digital online educational resource for schools and colleges. These are our terms and conditions for use of the GWLSRC, which you may access in several ways, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, digital television, PDA, mobile phone RSS feeds and printed material. These terms and conditions apply whenever you access the GWLSRC, on whatever device. In these terms and conditions, when we say GWLSRC, we mean this resource, regardless of how you access it.

By using the GWLSRC, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

Access to the GWLSRC requires a subscription which is renewable every year (twelve months). By completing the initial subscription form or subscribing via telephone or online you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Also, by subscribing to any of our related services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you subscribe to the GWLSRC, you should read our privacy policy.

If you have registered for a subscription with us and subsequently change your details, you should immediately notify us of any changes by e-mailing the user support team at subscriptions@gwlsrc.co.uk.

Any changes we make to the terms and conditions will be reflected on this page.

1. Registration for subscription to the GWLSRC

When you register for a subscription, you are registering as a school or college education establishment for a site licence to access the GWLSRC. Access to the GWLSRC secure areas is via the username and password issued to the school or college by Great War Literature Publishing LLP.

We allow you access to the secure areas of the site on the basis that:

(i) your username and password are unique to your college or school and may not be used by another establishment, company or anyone else to access the GWLSRC

(ii) you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any secure area of the GWLSRC or gwlsrc.co.uk

(iii) you do not maliciously misuse the subscription for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor to seek to pass yourself off as another school or college user

(iv) you and your school/ college comply with these terms and conditions.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the GWLSRC immediately and without giving you any advance notice.

2. Termination of subscription

If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated. The agreement will terminate and your username and password will become invalid to the GWLSRC immediately. All subscriptions terminate at the end of one year unless renewed for a further subscription term prior to the existing subscription term end date.

For the purposes of this agreement, "material" means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published on the GWLSRC network, whether copyright of Great War Literature Publishing LLP or a third party.

Subscribers are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing within the GWLSRC.

Subscribers must not reproduce any part of the GWLSRC or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated that you may do so.
